In this case it is part of a new printed fabric range from world renown Italian Shirting Mill Canclini. The vibrant multi colour floral pattern creates a shirt that is just exquisite. Floral Prints

The history of floral prints is a long one but somewhat uncertain. Often museum garments including types of shirt and blouse can be found adorned with flowers. Many believe floral clothing originated in Asia where hand printed silk fabrics adorned the wealthy. Over the course of many centuries, floral prints have turned up in both mens and womens fashion, but they were often reserved for the upper classes as in the absence of modern printing methods the floral embellishments were done using hand painting and weaving, making them expensive.

As the Print process evolved during the industrial revolution Floral Printed tops became more widespread as new printed fabrics became more accessible.
