Firstly it is really important to establish what we consider a nice casual outfit for both men and women. Those of us with a few more years on us remember a distinct separation of work and leisure clothes. Our outfits for work, business meetings or evenings out were distinct from the more casual outfits we wore at weekends or travelling. Nowadays the lines are more blurred and more casual outfits are frequently found in the office environment. However this does not mean that the outfits put together for casual dress have to be styleless and shapeless. This is where nice casual outfits come in. Before we delve into the outfits we would like to mention that all our collections are hand cut and made at our factory in Suffolk England. We use traditional British tailoring and production methods to ensure a first class finish and clothing that will last the test of time. Further we spare no expense in sourcing only the finest fabrics and materials to make all our clothing.
Our ladies shirts are a mixture of 100% cotton and 97% cotton with 3% elastane. The elastane options include all white, light blue and black blouses and stretch in just the right places to make the blouses extra comfortable to wear. We also offer 100%
linen for summer.

Oxford Shirts as Part of your Casual Dress
Our ladies Oxford shirts are available in a wide range of colour ways from classic white, pink and blue to brighter options including orange and turquoise. All of these blouses are paired with either blue, cream or black jeans. Not only are these nice outfits that are easy to put together, but are also stylish and very versatile; you can easily dress them should you need them for a more formal occasion. They are great wardrobe investments.
You will find that all our Oxford blouses, except the fully plain white tailored shirt, are a dress shirt with a twist. They are all finished with our signature styling which includes contrasting fabrics inside the collar and cuffs. This gives you the option to turn the sleeves up and add an extra layer of contrast to your casual dress outfit. It is particularly effective with our printed fabrics that include printed from both Liberty London and Italian shirting mill Canclini.
Long Sleeve Linen Blouses as part of Casual Dress
If you are looking for a nice casual outfit in a warmer climate then consider a 100% linen blouse. Our ladies linen blouses including white, black, pink and blue. The blue striped and pink with contrasting blue polka dot are a really nice casual outfit. If you want to make them even more casual then roll the sleeves up and pair them with either jeans or chino shorts for a great outfit.
Our ladies blouses are available from size 6 to 20 and are fitted. If you prefer a more generous cut we recommend going up a size.

When it comes to nice casual outfits for men, we will focus on our mens button down shirts, men’s polo shirts and linen collection. For the bottom half consider jeans or chinos or chino shorts if the weather is really hot.
Polo Shirts

Our custom fit polo shirts are fitted and available in medium to XX large. If you prefer a more regular cut then go up at least one size.

Our men’s Oxford button down collar shirts are the perfect option for those who want to ensure that their outfit will always suit the occasion. Easy to dress up or down and looks equally dapper with both jeans and chinos, you cannot go wrong with these shirts. We offer the classic pastel colours that always work well with every wardrobe including blue and pink. The button down collar shirt includes traditional features such as a single button cuff and a box pleated back.
Our men’s shirts are available in sizes from small to XX large. They are fitted but not slim fit – a happy balance between slim and a classic cut. If you prefer a more generous cut , we suggest going up one size.

The extra stretch thanks to the elastane makes our chinos exceptionally comfortable to wear during the day and is especially desirable for men who prefer a slim leg cut. Each pair of chinos and jeans are hand cut and made to order. We spare no expense in sourcing other materials including the finest shirting fabric for the pocket linings along with YKK antique zips and real buffalo horns buttons for our trousers.
We offer a unique online service for our chinos, jeans and moleskin and corduroy trousers. Customers can select from a fantastic range of waist and inside leg measurements including odd sizes. We also offer three builds; slim, medium and classic leg. It is as close to a made to measure pair of trousers, but at a very competitive price including free UK delivery. They are made from the same cloth and materials as our chinos collection.
Harrington Jackets Can be worn over Casual Clothes
Our men’s Harrington Jackets are available in black ,grey and beige. They are made using a 100% water resistant cloth from British Millerain. All jackets include a traditional check lining and are finished with corduroy inside the collar and cuffs. Pair with our shirts and chinos for a nice casual but also stylish outfit.
