The process starts by using only the highest quality threads from Coats and Gutermann. Further the entire production process is done by single needle stitching which ensures the finished seams will never fail. Further for insurance many seams are double or in some instances triple stitched. These extra stages are not obvious on the final shirt, but make a massive difference to the washing and longevity of our shirts.
